.AU domain name agreements

When we register a domain on your behalf you must agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of of the domain name authorities responsible for the domain(s) within which your domain name(s) are to be registered. For your convenience these terms and conditions agreements are listed here, however should these links be broken or out of date you are still bound by the correct and current agreements.

Juggernaut is a reseller of .AU domain names. All registrants of .COM.AU domain names registered or renewed through Juggernaut since 1 September 2002 are bound by the following agreements:

• .AU Domain Name Eligibility and Allocation Policy Rules for Open 2LDs
• The Enetica Registrant Licence Agreement
